1. Who we are
Moyo is an AI-powered interior design service. We help you transform your space by analyzing room photos and curating product recommendations. Questions? Contact us at privacy@moyodesign.online.
2. What we collect and why
Room photos
When you upload a photo, it is stored in our secure Cloudflare R2 storage. It is used solely to analyze your space and generate design recommendations. We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with third parties beyond the AI services described below.
Session identifier
We use a random anonymous identifier to maintain continuity of your session. It is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity.
Camera photos (optional)
If you choose “Take a Photo,” your device’s native camera app is used — Moyo does not receive a live video stream and no persistent camera permission is stored by the browser. Before the captured image is uploaded, GPS coordinates, timestamps, and device model data are automatically stripped from the file. The cleaned image is then processed identically to an uploaded photo and subject to the same 30-day auto-deletion policy.
Usage data
We record how many design sessions you complete per anonymous ID to enforce the free tier. No browsing history, device fingerprinting, or personal identifiers are collected.
3. Third-party processors
To deliver the design experience, your room photo is processed by third-party AI services. By using Moyo, you acknowledge this processing.

4. Data retention

5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. This includes:

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@moyodesign.online with your anonymous session ID (visible in your browser's local storage under the key moyo_anonymous_id).
6. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies. Session data is stored in your browser's local storage only. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell your data to any party.
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, anonymised page-view metrics. No personal data or identifiers are shared with Vercel for this purpose.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Moyo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
